Depression can affect so many parts of our lives and can often make us feel desperate. By exploring feelings that are driving these low moods, finding ways of alleviating them are made possible.  This can lead to improved sleeping, dietary habits, thinking and functioning.  A renewed sense of purpose and enjoyment of life can become possible.

You do not need to bring a specific issue to counselling.  Whatever is causing you uncomfortable, painful or confusing feelings, can benefit from the therapeutic relationship that counselling offers.
