Anxiety

Anxiety can cause distressing symptoms such as panic attacks, sleeplessness,  palpitations, dizziness and irritability.  Through the counselling relationship the fundamental causes of these feelings can be identified, worked through and relieved.

You do not need to bring a specific issue to counselling.  Whatever is causing you uncomfortable, painful or confusing feelings, can benefit from the therapeutic relationship that counselling offers.
